Lumberjack Show

	The National Lumberjack Championships is proud to announce its line up of fairs & festivals that will feature the world’s top lumberjacks in competition. The NLC, which is the largest Lumberjack tournament in North America, will make 25 stops this year looking for the lumberjack who can win it all. The National Lumberjack Championships is a point tournament for men & women that compete in logging sports.
The competition is open to everyone and you may pre-register or sign up at the Fair or Festival hosting the event. Eight events will be offered consisting of Men’s Obstacle Pole Racing, Men’s Log Rolling, Men’s Spring Board Tree Topping, Women’s Log Boom Racing, Men’s Log Boom Racing, Men’s Hot Saw Racing, Men’s X-Cut Sawing & Men’s Axe Throwing. Multiple heats each day will be run with the top finishers receiving points and prize money. When it’s all over & the sawdust settles the lumberjack with the most points is crowned the National Champ. The NLC has proven to be very popular at fairs & festivals drawing about 250,000 guests to its live tournaments each season. You watched them on National television, now see them live as they compete for the gold. In addition to the Pro competition, everyone attending can sign up for a chance to try his or her skills at Log rolling & X-cut sawing. Free LUMBERJACK SPORT CAMPS will be hosted after each of the Pro heats of competition. Events of Log Rolling, the favorite sport of the American Lumberjack & X-cut sawing will be taught by the Pro’s. Youngster’s young & old can come back and try as many times as they would like. Bring a towel… you will get wet!
